Your Nurse Case ManagerAlthough you will have plenty of opportunity to interact with your physician at RMOC, your Nurse Case Manager will be your primary point of contact and will be with you throughout your treatment. A Nurse Case Manager will be given your name and diagnosis information and will make immediate contact with you before your appointment. This call is to ensure that all questions are reviewed and addressed to your satisfaction. Your nurse case manager will also help you schedule your treatments, arrange transportation or housing, if necessary and help answer your questions and guide you through your journey.
