Patient Stories Dale Anne WoodCancer Patient, May 2008 I am one of the biggest champions of RMOC. I felt like I was in a zone during treatment. My tumor was positioned so that radiation would have to hit my esophagus. I was worried that I wouldn’t want to eat and would lose weight. Dr. Tobin worked hard to get those angles just right and he never hit my esophagus. I think he’s brilliant! My next follow up is in October, and though I am happy, I will miss coming here. I will miss the camaraderie of the personnel. I have met several friends during treatment. There was a lot of bonding that took place between both the medical and radiation oncology sides.
