JOSEPH D. ROSEN, M.D. Medical Oncologist
Originally from Chicago, Dr. Joseph Rosen received his medical degree from the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine after which he completed his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge, IL where he served as Chief Resident from 1993-1994. He went on to complete fellowship training in Medical Oncology and Hematology at the University of Chicago and the University of Colorado. Afterwards, his career directed him to Florida where he worked in private practice as a medical oncologist from 1996-2008. During this time, he served as a community affiliate physician for the H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa. Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Medical Oncology, Dr. Rosen serves on the board of the American Cancer Society and is a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology. In January 2009, Dr. Rosen joined the Rocky Mountain Oncology team to provide leading edge oncologic care to the residents of Wyoming. Dr. Rosen enjoys most outdoor sports, and spending time with his wife, Beverly, their children and grandchildren.
